Who we are

I'm Collin, a second-year student at Florida State University. I started the Backpack Food Program after seeing a local elementary school in Tallahassee struggling with childhood hunger, and I knew I had to step in. I’ve been doing volunteer work for as long as I can remember, and in high school, I started a similar backpack food program in my hometown. My goal is not only to help the kids at this school but to expand the program to reach more schools in need. With the support of our community, we’re making a real difference, one backpack at a time, and I hope to see this initiative grow even further.
